My theory is he will not be sacked but will walk after a very hostile reception at Wets Ham game, both sets of supporters giving it loads, behind the scenes this has already been agreed, smaller pay off, suits Everton to not have to sack another manager, suits him to get his pay out even if a little smaller, defo suits the fans to see him go and we are in negotiations with his successor for months so it is known by him, but he has been "Told" to play the game.

Just a theory, happy to be shot down in flames, but can only hope!

Don't want Everton to become a "Sacking" club, want success, stability, stadium and trophies!

Smaller pay off Sam ? Absolutely no chance he takes less than he’s owed out of decency , why would he but I can’t believe that there have ever been a hint in his character previously that that’d be something he’d consider .

This is the best outcome . I'm hoping West Ham fans give Sam both barrells and I can even take the stick they are going to give us as if it's Sam related it's going to be truly deserved .
Come on cockneys , give us hell .
 

If Sam walks without prearranged agreement that he is getting the maximum possible pay out then he's an idiot.

I hope he has had that chat already. Maybe a "retirement" that he can come out of to do another rescue job like when he left Palace and came to us.

BFS will rinse us for everything possible, even taking the left over dinner from that days training, then he will wring us out entirely, by keying his Vauxhall meridian before handing it back

He`s despised by the West Ham fans, who went as far as hanging a banner outside Sullivans house - " Fat Sam Out ".

I strongly suspect that they may join in with our away fans too.
