2017/18 Cenk Tosun

I believe that you, as it seems every Tosun supporter who steams in here, has a nationalist/club related agenda at work because he clearly isn't good enough to be leading the line for Everton.

Shocking but I do agree with you on that. He wasn't able to make an impact, I was expecting the opposite. I was expecting more from him, still think it is a bit early to send him to trash as I think he deserves one more year to prove himself under a more capable manager but doesn't look like a good fit for Everton so far and I don't have any hope that it will change any time soon.

On the other hand, it still not the related to my questions. You are just putting yourself into a defensive stance, accusing me of being a hardcore Cenk fan (i'm not, I love him but not a fangirl.) and a Besiktas fan (totally irrelevant) to avoid some of my basic questions. Do you want me to ask one of your local friends kindly to ask the same questions to you, so you can leave Besiktas and Cenk behind this and focus on the questions? Erm, let me remind you again:

I think Everton has a promising replacement candidate for Walsh, Kev The Rat!

Your arguments need corroborations by examples. "Top Player" does not tell anything alone... Which "top player" do you think you can convince to play for Everton at this stage? Give some examples, names for example. Let me list some "top strikers" below as a starter;

Harry Kane
Agüero
CR
Messi
Neymar
Lewandowski
Suarez
Aubameyang
Higuain
Griezmann
Firmino
Dybala
Benzema
Hazard
Dzeko (Arguable)

Doesn't look like to me any of them can be tempted to play for Everton or you are just living in a dreamland where you can sign top players for 25m. pounds. Still, as I respect your point of view, I need an example to understand your way of thinking better. Enlight us, please.

And no worries, I know your previous strikers but we are talking about the present time, not the past. Roman empire was dominating the world once, but they do not exist today.

I like this guy, he wasn't good today but it's very difficult firstly as we just don't keep our striker involved enough w
so he can go long stretches of time without a touch and secondly how annoying must it be to play with Bolasie? Every time you think he's in a position to cross the ball he doesn't and when you think just pass it off he tries an impossible cross with his weak foot. Truly infuriating player.

Completely isolated....Think there is a defo a player there.....wasting his time with this clueless biff in charge..needs better players around him...

If you were an opposition player you wouldn't exactly be having nightmares about playing against him. I think he's probably a Jelavic type striker, capable of returning a decent amount of goals given the right circumstances.

More convinced by every performance he shouldn't lead the line next season though. Just not good enough for that.
