He's too old now to make any move for him a sensible one given we'd likely pay way over the odds.

Oh of course it's not sensible, we should have done it in the Summer for this season to replace Lukaku but he would have kept defences on their toes and to be fair it's not like we haven't wasted a ton of cash already.

His recruitment has been crap, looks like Kante, Vardy and Mahrez were his broken clock moments. Hopefully he is sacked and we give Allardyce full control on team affairs so he can build a team in his image.

I would have no issue whatsoeve with us signing Vardy.

He’ll be 31 1/2 in the summer and when his pace goes he’ll be useless.

Too short term for me. Especially for the price we’d have to pay.
