the real problem here lies in our central midfield which now consist of mccarthy and schneiderlin.

The issue for me as an outsider is your midfield two sitting. Whenever Schneirderlin gets the ball he always turns to face towards his own goal and go back. It kills any momentum you guys have. Also too much is expected from your fullbacks. There's literally no one in the midfield moving towards the ball and the only pass is back or sideways.

Need to see more from the midfield tbh i.e. Siggy, Schneiderlin and McCarthy. They're basically camped up top or in their positions. They need to move towards the player with ball and give options for a pass and for a move. Otherwise theres too many west brom players between Everton players with the balll.

Can you manage us please? I'm not even being sarcastic
