Computer games.

The GOG version won't have the Steam overlay. So I reckon it may be worth a go.
Update.

Couldn't buy it from gog as it was off sale so bought it from origin (first purchase from them).

Got a dll error, followed a link and what not to download it and copied it into a folder with other dll files.

Then got a different dll error! Same one as before basically suggesting something was corrupt in terms of Windows or whatever.

Clicked on the icon again

It's working! The game is live! So made up now, going to force myself to play it until the end like but such a relief after it not working the other day

It's an awesome game. It took me ages to finally play it, but I am certainly glad that I did.

I played it once before and my lack of attention span after finishing the first area meant I never went back. Determined to stick with it this time round and finish it all.

Side point, seems I launch the game, it throws the windows error at me and then atill launches so not sure what's going on there.

Games looks beautiful though on pc, I'm probably only on medium settings and the colour is fantastic! Lighting and colour is so bold.

In its current state VR is only really good for things like racing and flight sims, basically games where you have a fixed position.

VR won’t hit mainstream for probably a decade or longer, the tech is still very raw with awful image quality and overall is nowhere near polished enough for the general public. Ten years or so and we will hopefully have a reasonably polished technology.

Having played for several hours over xmas I can state that this is totally incorrect.

ive tried both oculus and vive. its really really good..no its not just good, its amazing. the way u are inside the world of the games ur playing is mindblowing, and I love it. my only issues is that there is a little bit of screendoor-effect and not enough big games out yet.

the best games ive pld in VR is project cars 2 , chronos(oculus exclusive, or was at least) , big screen ( not a game, just rooms with cinemas, other people etc) . I really want to get my hands on an oculus again and play fallout 4 vr.

I just wish they’d get all the bugs off Project Cars 2. It’s nearly perfect.

So I beat Dark Souls 3.

What a game that is. Stunning.

Going to have to give DS1 & 2 a proper shot now as well. Perhaps Bloodborne but dunno, console.
