I'll be honest. I don't think Everton will be contenders for the title next year. Down to Man United and Chelsea being unstoppable basically. However, with the strength your squad and hopefully without as many injuries that kinda plagued your season earlier on, you could be within a shot to break the Top 4 again. As has previously been mentioned, it's the strongest squad in years for Everton.

= my predicted Top 4.

still think we will finish above city if they dont do it the first 10 games i think there manager will be sacked they will be expecting instant success with the money they have splashed out and i think they have to many pre madonas and egos in there side to make a good team at the momment plus tevez is already throwing a wobbly over wages parity and this could lead to a rift in the ranks i think 2/3rd is a realistic target

I think City are pretty certain to finish Top 4. I mean, it took Spurs their 2nd to last game of the season to just about snatch it from them and I feel they can only get stronger. 3rd/4th for them I reckon.
Of course it would be great to see Everton finish anywhere in the Top 4, a victory for football that would be. Plus it would provide a very nice "WTF? Where did that come from?!" moment for the Sky wankfest.

Well we lost 1-0 last week to Ruzomberok but beat Kosice 1-0 and Paynter and Schmiechel seem to be living upto their hype.

I can't realistically see us finishing any higher than 7th unless we start taking a much more positive and agressive attitude in matches. Now hopefully having a fully fit squad will help contribute to this more aggressive attitude because we obviously create more chances and go at teams more when Arteta is in the team, but I'd really like to see Moyes persist with his attitude towards the supposed 'Big 4' teams from last season. The only reason we beat the likes of Man United was due to taking an attacking approach and if we go back to trying to snatch a win against these sort of teams we won't progress. We also need to figure a way to batter [Poor language removed] teams whose entire gameplan is to defend deep because we dropped a lot of points to the likes of Wolves last season. Maybe the way to do that is to use the more attracking 4-2-3-1 with seen in friendlies or my personal favourite formation the 3-1-2-3-1.
