You can't help but love his enthusiasm. Imagine being a player, and him constantly yapping at you, never giving you a second of peace for 90 minutes...
Certainly beats the cardboard cut outs that have been seen loitering in our dugout over the years.

..coaches like him want to instruct players in every situation but aren’t able to shout instructions through the noise of the Premiership.

I remember somebody criticising Lee when he was Reserve team coach at Liverpool for continually playing himself and blocking a place for a youngster coming through. I’m sure it was because he could bark instructions and run the game from the pitch.
