It's at times like this that you Besic fans have to face facts. If he can't get into the team with Koeman and Unsworth both prepared to throw the kitchen sink at finding a solution then the lad really is terrible...
 

Got to be on the bench for west ham at least. Him Beni, Gana and Davies would be on my list to start the game. Is McCarthy still crocked? He would be on it too. Just not Morgan Hiderling plz. One thing about Besic is i dont have him down as the type to go missing and hiding in games like Morgan Hiderling. He may not be the best. But we need fighters and spirit. I believe Davies, Beni and Mo have this. I thought Gana did but whatever Morgan Hiderling has must be catching lol
 
He's so bad that Unsworth called up Beni and then decided to go back to the out of form Schneiderlin and Gueye before turning to Besic.

Terrible player, we should just bin him and let Niasse have two lockers
 

Id throw him in there if fully fit wednesday night. He hasnt been given a chance there. Yet jags/baines has the mainstay of a defense that has been leaking goals since martinez second season. 3/4/5 goals has become the norm.
So we added williams to help stop the rot. Add a bit of steel and agressiveness. That didnt work cause he has proved plain crap
So we went for youth.I presume to add bit of speed to the back line. But went and got keane who to me looks like he runs and defends and reacts like he is stoned.

Fair enough it was an option to give kenny a go but its hard for him with the above losers. He doesnt look top drawer anyway to be fair. But its early days for him.

Besic could at least be tried there. Maybe in a back 3 as a man marker. Could suit the liverpool match as they play without a big front man. He would man mark firminio. Makes sense.

Are these the 2 managers that continued to pick jags and williams. Mmnnm. I might question their judgement.
They have proven they are terrible. They need no more matches to prove that.
Then at least give besic time to prove it.
 
To all of you thinking he is bad. Right now you are right but the thing is that the management has made him into a case of catch 22... He needs playtime yet he does not get it. They need more rotation on cb and cm positions, and besic is free but he has not played much so he is not ready.

Unlike a real catch 22 this problem is easy to solve and could have been implemented on not only Besic but Sandro as well. Give the guy a run in the u23 and dont just make him play one game in 1 month instead give him a run for 2 months. If Koeman or Unsworth(for that matter since he was in charge of u23) would have done this in the beginning then any doubts about Besic would have been gone. The same goes for Sandro but no....

Instead the management will just dig Evertons grave bigger and people are still liking Unsworth? He is just as bad as Koeman this season. He is not doing anything right. His man management is nonexistent.

Niasse was [Poor language removed] as well but look at him now. He is still not great but he plays with confidence. That is the difference between a Besic and Sandro compared to Niasse. Besic just needs more playtime to regain his confidence. Right now whenever Besic plays he tries to do too much since he wants to get back but sicne he is overdoing things he just makes the managers doubt on him even more.

Is football managing really this hard? I helped to coach 16 year olds in Sweden last year and had not this big of a problem, to include every player and play to their strengths yet this professional side is unable to do so. And I dont even consider myself to be more knowledgeable about football im just a fan... I just dont get it...
