honestly at this point it is just about survival, we cant talk about dining at better tables at the end of the season with premiership status assured, big sam riding off into the sunset with a fat bonus, the new manager will have a full summer, full transfer window and a clean slate, much easier to attract someone then. But right now, we can forget about what we wnat to do, and start thinking about what we have to do, it's that serious

All this 'sentiment' and we are better than Allardyce is a joke.

Yes we are a big club historically. Right now we are in complete turmoil. I said this weeks ago - this is more then a blip. Performances on the field RIGHT NOW is all that matters.

We cannot attract a 'better' manager. The last 5 weeks since Koemsn sacking has proven this.

If we don't get our act together, and quickly we will see our beloved 'big' club relegated.

I personally cannot stomach that, and needs must. Those needs right now are for a survival specialist. Someone who can immidietly provide leadership & a plan. Allardyce will give us that.

Not for me in the long term. But the more weeks pass the more he is needed. His bung saga and his sons murky agent dealings, dont fill me with confidence. But give him is due he will keep up. Dont be blinded with the media saying he's a football dinasour and a long ball merchant (thats pullis). My brother is a bolton fan and i watched a lot of there football under him.

He does everything within a structure, get it forward quickly (not possesion for possesions sake like Martinez), wants to go forwards not sideways and backwards, defensively organsied, very big on sports science (one of the first british managers to be very keen on it i believe). Everything we need i think

Your not telling me that someone who buys Okacha, Hierro, Anelka, djorkaeff and Stelios wants to play crap footy.

Would sort us out a centre forward probs benteke and dont be suprsied to see Rooney playing better, he did wonders with Okacha who was well into his thirtys at bolton.

Its a reluctant yes from me for 6 months to a year. Get us sorted and give us solid foundations for someone like a Tuchel to come in and take us on another level.

Surviving is the key now, with bramley moore docks on the horizon

Tuchel, AVB, Hiddink, LVG, Mancini, Silva (who I’m not a big fan of btw) I’d even have Dyche before this corrupt bellend

£6m-£7m a year in wages will tempt any of them. But no, big Steve wants his mate in

But none of those are 'realistic' otherwise one of them would already be here!!

We sacked Koeman nearly 6 weeks ago!!

Wake up & get real!

If he comes to Goodison as our manager, then I won't be going any more until he is gone. He is a corrupt cheat and as bad as Everton get, we are better than that.

what a superb fan you are. abandon the club just when it needs its fans most.

Some fans won't have that.

Tuchel in.
