How is Moshiri incompetent when it comes to building projects?

And you still haven't answered my original question btw

I go on what I can actually see as facts. and the facts are there is nothing happening.

please provide me with some FACTS on what is happening at bramley-moore.

have you got a copy of the land agreement ?

have you got any evidence of any plans ?

what will the capacity be?

can you please provide me with detailed projection of works?

have you got any evidence of any contractors being invited to tender for ANY works please?

the list goes on and on.

there is NOTHING, at this precise moment. only HEARSAY and rumours.

and yes ive seen 'our architects' tweets .... lol

The funding vehicle is in place, the council back the planning application, we've engaged an architect and the fact that we've signed a heads of terms agreement has been well publicised.

I'll ask again, how has Moshiri failed over BMD?

yes there is a funding vehicle in place, we all know that is real.

but its like me going to a bank, asking for a car loan, the bank agreeing in principle to lend the money and me just going window shopping for cars without actually buying one.

dan meis has gone very quiet hasn't he?? not seen any plans, just random tweets, that mean nothing

Peel confirmed the heads of terms agreement http://www.peel.co.uk/news-blog/201...-fc-plans-for-new-stadium-in-liverpool-waters

The failure then?

I base my opinions on actions rather than words. and to date there has been very very little action
How's it a failure though?

The reality is, that it's not a failure at all, it's potentially the most exciting thing to happen at the club for more than a generation. It wouldn't have been even vaguely possible without Moshiri, not least because he cleared the debt to remove the securitisation on Goodison.

I was a believer once..
