You know what, at least he is earning his money, not nicking it, like some of his colleagues. He is not a very good player, and, certainly not of the class to which we aspire, but, he gives 100% every time he steps on the pitch. There are lots of better paid players in our club who could not look themselves in the mirror and say as much.

The difference in personalities. Oumar, for however people think he is crap, went about his business quietly and earned his way back.

Koeman, for all his qualities as a player, had a degree of arrogance that caused him (allegedly) to fall out with players and not even give Oumar a locker.

Agree. I was wrong about Niasse. Got to appreciate his positive attitude.
