Ronald Koeman discussion

We already had the moment with Niasse against Bournemouth. The club was buzzing over that for a bit and then we just went back to being rubbish again which is worrying.

Yep, can't argue with that Mr Shango, there is absolutely nothing coming from these players or management to make you think it is going to turn just now.

In fairness to Koeman Chazzle, he has made the changes the fans wanted.

I said this last night.

As much as we bemoan every team selection, he's actually done what we've asked of him.

He dropped two DMs. He went with the youngsters. He brought pace and energy into the side.

It still didn't work.

That's a combination of having no plan, and ultimately having players who aren't good enough - I think we have to accept that as well.
Really no - its not just a matter of picking a team/formation. We have players who simply do not know what they are meant to be doing, are not well drilled and coached, a culture of fear from what I see with a manger with no man management skills. We have more than enough good players to be playing good entertaining football and winning matches we just do not have a manager worth a carrot.

Exactly.

He's lost the players. He's out of ideas

Sacking him is just pure mercy for him

I agree, to be fair he has made the changes... but the team is still doing nothing he "says" he wants from them.

I was sat not far away from him and he is literally not part of it, its almost embarrassing to watch. the only time me moans is when he turns to the bench, then the times he does talk to the players they ignore him.

He hasn't got a clue how to set the team up and put a rod up their arses to move and do what he is asking. The argument about the players maybe not being good enough is potentially valid, however, players who have no plan or identity or any clear mission on the pitch is worse.

It looks like they have given up on him.

I'd accept it if it was just for the remainder of the season on a short term contract, with the proper new manager coming in after the World Cup

He'd kick us into shape and leave a well organised side for the next bloke to pick up

It wouldn't be the end of the world. At least we'd play with more bollocks than we are right now

No, just no no no no no.

The man is a disgrace of a human, no thanks.

Unsworth will do.

The whole place is now completely toxic, and it's waiting for the inevitable to happen.

He's a dead man walking, just put him out of his misery and let's get the toxic cloud to lift, as it'll bring a sense of optimism back and the fans will get behind the players again.

It needs to happen today for me, but I reckon it'll be next week after we've lost another 2 games. Not looking forward to going on Sunday ffs.

You could tell the players don’t have a clue what they are doing from the get go. Both holgate and martina ran over to right back, Williams had to tell martina he was on the left.

I know mate, I agree with you......but! Needs must at times.

For a start we don't know how Unsworth is with the senior players. He simply may be out of his depth, it is too big a gamble.

We get a decent manager in asap who sees us as a project and gives everybody a lift. I would prefer that than Allardyce, but I would have to still take the tit over Unsworth just because of his experience and his ability to get the best out of players is proven.

But just to be clear, we are talking drastic measures here before I would accept Allardyce.

I'll tell you the main problem with Ronald Koeman, the man is a massive Hampton Wick who has rubbed everyone up the wrong way. He has form for it and there are noises from the club that the atmosphere is toxic. Get rid.
