George Groves v Chris Eubank Jr is a cracking all-British unification clash, but James DeGale beats both of them imho.

Incidentally, the super-middleweight division has been dominated by fighters from the UK for much of the last twenty five years. How many of the divisions world champions of the last twenty five have been Britons? It's got to be at least 10: Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank, Robin Reid, Richie Woodhall, Glenn Catley, Joe Calzaghe, Carl Froch, James DeGale, Chris Eubank Jr., George Groves. And that's just off the top of my head.

Hopefully our city's own Callum Smith will be joining that list soon.

Think Smith has the talent to beat both Groves and Eubank. No need for bravado or trash talk, just gets on with business.

Degale needs to sort out his stamina from rounds 6-12 or groves would be an issue for him as could eubank . Though he should beat both if he doesn’t switch off .

Callun's best win was Rocky Fielding 2 yeaars ago and has only fought bums since. I dont't get the hype and Groves beats him easy imo. Callum had momentum at the time but the decision fight fight bums after it took that all away.

Skoglund's jab gave Callum problems in the middle rounds of their fight, i think Groves would have fun in the fight behind his jab.

agreed.

the amount of time smith has wasted fighting taxi drivers is mind boggling really.

he struggled to look good against Skogland who was ranked about 12th by WBC.

groves and eubank beat mungo I'm afraid.

Standard for Hearn fighters, even moreso with Gallagher fighters, to position them in to world title shots after only beating British level opponents, hold on to the position by fighting Latvian bouncers then get beat when they step up because they aren't ready.

Joshua could be fighting anyone of us and Sky would still have it on PPV.

Have they announced the full under card yet? Seen Whyte is fighting for the silver wbc title. Miles behind on anything Boxing related. Only seen the Groves fight from the weekend. Got a lot of catching up to do.
