Ronald Koeman discussion

I expect there is a good chance he is going during this break.

Koeman is supposedly on holiday (again). That is disgraceful considering the mess the team is in.
Ancelotti has stated he will not return to football this season. That is often smokescreen talk. It wasn't as if he had resigned due to pressure, he was sacked because of an uncharacteristically poor start from Bayern who expect to win every game (a good mentality).

If nothing else our people must be at least talking to his.

All originated on Twitter mate. So make of that what you will.

Considering everyone thinks he's such an ego maniac it's hard to see him walking away from like a £7m payout.
Agree with the twitter nonsense, but it does have a feel him leaving very very soon, either by walking or getting the bullet.. we have Brighton away which won't be easy (because we as a club don't do easy) then we have Lyon (EL) Arsenal (league) Chelsea (cup) an 'expected' defeat in them games could leave us in a right mess..

Sorry if this has been posted already, work has been nuts and I'm also not quite sure where to put this but I think it's a good read with some interesting ideas. The emphasis on using Lennon out wide right until Coleman is back for the defensive contribution is an especially compelling argument for me at least. Also, as bad as things are if you look at the final lineup with Coleman and Bolasie back it looks pretty damn good. Add a striker and CB in the winter and it looks good. Can Koeman actually quit being so dang stubborn is the question
The idea they will return the same players is optomistic in the extreme.

"Hello, Everton here, does your lad fancy a job?" <Line goes dead>

Why do you think there is any remote chance of this happening? Why would Ancelotti with all of his success join a team that can't compete against the top sides?

He's not bothered lads, get rid.

Because the owner has stated that this club should be more than just history.

IF Moshiri means that.
IF the stadium on the dock is in the pipline.
IF Usmanov is coming onboard.
IF funds are there to rectify the mess Koeman has made.

Then Ancelotti would come here.

There is at least 20 of you who’ll be secretly praying, and hoping, we get beat in the cups and lose to Brighton so you can come on here and jizz your bilge like the cretinous little “no all”, faux pas managers that you think you are.

think people over egg how good last season was, and I think the reason being we were so poor the season before, realistically with the squad we had last season we should have finished 7th and anything less would have been a major disappointment, I mean who out of the teams below us shouldnt we on paper be finishing above?
