Martinez was undone through stubbornness, naivity and lack of fitness coming together at once.

Presently it's difficult to pinpoint exactly where the problems begin and end. It's not just naivity though. We are poor.

I would say those same three faults can also be levelled at Koeman.

Certainly his boss concurs with the lack of fitness.

He sanctioned the sale of Lukaku without a replacement being sourced, and he sanctioned a deal which resulted in Lukaku being undervalued by 50 million smackers.Apparently the Mosh is meant to be an ace accountant, yet he made a right mess of the number crunching here didn't he?

Norwich away. That second half was the beginning of the end. Weird really cos we played well first half

You know Blue, I have had an awful thought

I am starting to think it is good having Bill and the boys still around because left to his own devices, this Moshiri fellow would really go off the rails :pint2:

I don't trust the Mosh either.Sure Bill Kenwright has his faults but i get the impression that the Mosh is bit of an eccentric. One of those let's change the colours of the shirt type of mad man ala the owner of Cardiff City.Maybe it's a good thing that he doesn't have full control of the club.

Without a doubt.

It was about 18 months ago, the Arsenal home game in March 2016, that the whole Bobby thing really came to a head and the edifice started to crumble.

But up until then the football was better than what we have seen since April this year.

Even the infamous Hammers game when we lost the 2-0 lead due to the daft substitution, we played great that day with ten men for most the game.

It is just a shame Bobby couldn't be bothered about defence because his attacking ideas were a joy to watch at times ;)

This fellow can neither defend or attack
I think Moyes and Martinez cloned into one would be ideal, Moyes could sort out a decent defence and Martinez could sort out a decent attack. Then what could we do with Koeman, send him to Outer Mongolia with a one way ticket to scout for new players.

So your telling me at this moment in time you would prefer one of Rooney,DCL,Niasse,Sandro up front instead of Vardy if that's the case you must like us not scoring goals.

My preference is not ever signing Vardy, yes. And not ever hearing rumours we might sign him, ever again.

Hopefully they can competently find another striker amongst the many many strikers in the world and not have to sink to the Vardy option.

By that reasoning whatever a manager has done at a previous club should have no bearing on wether we appoint him or not.
Let’s get the Accrington Stanley manager in.
While past performance is not an absolute given for future performance it’s still the best indicator

It's a good indicator for a recruiter. But in terms of evaluating his performance at Everton, then Leicester is utterly irrelevant. You can't cock up massively in your job and expect your boss to say it's all fine cause you done a good job at your last employer.

But no one knows if he cocked up at his job.
We don’t know his job specification , which players he’s signed , wether he’s recommended players that Koeman rejected.
Has he any involvement in actually signing players. ?
It’s all speculation , guesswork , uninformed opinion and in some cases pure and utter bedwetting behaviour.
You can’t Criticise a man for failing at his job unless you actually know what his job is.

didnt vote. im on the fence with him now after this incredible stupid puplic commenting.

he obviously is doing brilliant work with the stadium but im absolutely baffled now. i just cant comprehend his reasoning with our current situation on the pitch and with Koeman.

bitterly dissapointed. all in all with him...im sitting on the fence, wobbling like purple dildo in the autumn wind.
