Lookman was utterly dreadful in the last half of football he played, to be fair. I'm not saying they should all never see the light of day again after one bad performance, but we haven't left Messi on the bench.

You're not wrong, but I would also argue that he was pivotal in the only decent 45 minutes football (first half vs Hadjuk at Goodison) we've seen since the first ball was kicked in pre-season.

But that may just be down to the fact it's the only real time we've played with a winger hugging the touch-line to any real effect.

This should be interesting on the offensive side. Finally DCL playing up top as he should be, Rooney in behind as he should be, Vlasic gets his first game out, and Siggy finally wont have to defend as much, hopefully...

BT Sport is NOT FREE!! It is wildly expensive considering they have amateur presenters,crap pundits, lousy presentation and hardly any decent games(except Everton games of course). You need to pay for the continually unreliable BT Infinity, a poor but expensive Virgin TV 'bundle' or 15 qy=uid then a tenner a month to Sky even if you're already paying(like me) £90 a month for Sky World.

It's not mate but it's defo on for free tonight on BT sports.
