I am surprised at such an outburst at this stage.

I can understand that he wants to leave but the fact that no club was prepared to spend money to buy him tells us a lot.... he is not highly rated.
Let him want to leave , but keep him mouth shut and let his agent work over the next four months to get a new club, in the meantime if he impresses then it would be easier to engineer a move away.

I have seen a suggestion in earlier posts that the problem may lie with the attitude of the manager, but did it also lie with the attitude of the previous manager who also had a falling out with the player ?

Remember when he was convinced he was going to move to a Champions League club? Then the only club that bid were West Ham so he cacked himself and signed a new deal.

Always thought Kev could do a job up top. Running off the shoulders of center halves. Like a Vardy type striker.

He is pretty braindead about being offside when played as a striker though.
