Don't pay too much attention to the actual lineup, I just do this based on what formation and personnel Koeman likes to play.

The point is more about how many players we have at the moment and the quality of the first eleven and bench:

GK: Pickford
RB: Martina
LB: Baines
CB: Keane
CB: Williams
DM: Schneiderlin
CM: Gueye
CM: Davies
RF: Rooney
LF: Sigurdsson
CF: Calvert-Lewin

SUBS
Stekelenburg, Jagielka, Holgate, Besic, Lookman, Vlasic, Sandro

Plus: Kenny, Lennon [Joel, Barkley, Niasse]

Injured: Coleman, Bolasie, Funes Mori, McCarthy, Klaassen

20-Man Squad (Fit & Non-Sale Players)
Unfortunately that's probably one of the better line ups we can hope for instead of having 5 at the back and it genuinely looks weak af.

Let alone the fact we are shoehorning gylfi on the wing which is literally why he said he failed at tottenham.

Rooney ain't getting in behind no defences either so it's all on DCL

Often spouted but utter nonsense language. A lot of Rom's goals buried sides last year. No hanging on, no nervous final 10 minutes, just the game dead and buried against demoralised opposition. To take them out and claim they had no effect is plain wrong.
I wouldn't call it utter nonsense. Lukaku scored a lot of his goals against teams we would probably have beaten anyway (Sunderland, Bournemouth). I might be wrong, but I can only remember him scoring against Man City (4-0), from the teams above us. He wasn't the difference in the big games. He wasn't even the difference in tough games. He never took defenders out of the game, for others to score. For Lukaku, it was all about Lukaku. He didn't contribute much else, unless he was on the end of the move. I can't argue with his goal scoring ability, but it is a perfectly reasonable argument that we would have still finished 7th. We were a top 7 side before Lukaku got here. There is also the fact that the teams below us, weren't that strong. So finishing 7th wasn't really that hard.
