Ronald Koeman discussion

Football is a results game. Playng pretty tippytappy football and losing isn't going to get us anywhere. Like it didn't under you know who.

There is more than one way to attempt to play football than tippy tappy. We are never going to achieve anything if we concede every time we play a decent side. Hoping for a draw or a 1-0 win via counter is no way to play football. Especially when you bring in an attacking force with siggy and Rooney

It's going to be difficult not to bottle it when the manager has no faith in the squad. Setting us up to hope for a draw obviously not worried about playing football or going for it

No faith in a squad that he has assembled himself, doesn't make any sense sorry.

Sometimes i wonder about him. Its clear as day we are not at the races today formation and personal wise after 10 mins. We didnt press. We were dreadful . Allowing crosses in. Way off the pace. We looked wring in thw middle. But he stands there with his arms folded for 45 mins??? Doing nothing about it. Why?

So predictable. No, we weren't great (dunno what the second half was like, turned it off after the second goal) but there's no point playing "I'm the best fan because I want the best for my team even if we've only played 2 games." Doesn't work for anyone.
But nor is there any point saying 'Nevermind that we've looked like a half decent team for all of about an hour after 7 games, I'm going to say everything's boss.'

Nobody (I don't think) is saying sack the manager or that we're going to be relegated, but what we've seen so far has been disappointing. It seems like we're just writing games against good sides off at the moment, and that's extremely disappointing considering the money we've spent and the ambitions we're supposed to have.
