Whats public transport like in Italy between cities?

I don't know. But Bologna is close

Florenze (not Pisa) about 1,5 hour
Milano about an hour

i was talking Bergamo to any of these. Bergamo to Florence (though it doesn't have an airport) is 230 miles. Reggio Emilia is only half that.

Bergamo airport is Orio al Serio (BGY) - might show as Milano

As i said Dave, they will be having CL games the same week as we play, and arguably a lot more pressure on them in those games to rest players vs us.

Last game in the EL hopefully we are already through and can basically rest the full team for the derby, doubt the rs will have that luxury before their last CL group game.

Could be a big advantage ultimately

They'll have at least one and possibly two days rest advantage.

think ill def do the Atalanta game, and talking with some mates from here about also going back to Lyon as we had a great weekend there a couple yrs back

Spain yes , barcelona no. I'm in a town called Pinoso about 40mins west of Alicante

Lyon and Atalanta are solid opponents but so were Wolfsburg, Lille and Krasnodar a couple of years back and we made light work of them so I fully expect to win this group. 6 points from the two games against Apollon Limassol will be absolutely vital.

I expect a trophy in the cabinet or a top five finish...and if it's 5th it has to be about 2/3 points off 4th.

Spend all this cash and fail to make a dent in those expectations and we need someone else in to have a go.
