I'm sure Koeman would be much more willing to let Sandro leave for Barca than Lukaku to Chelsea, so I don't think a release clause is that big of a hindrance in signing him. It was all a matter of when this would be announced.

But that's not being ITK about anything, to say deals that haven't been announced aren't done. His ITK credentials are rightly dubious until he calls something confidently before anyone else.
