That's the big thing - we've always had to wait, but a lot of teams do end up selling to buy but have the capital to make the first purchases. It means we get our targets without them demanding more because we've sold.

And it sends a message to Chelsea that we might actually not need their money (though everyone is pretty sure we do, we can still play hardball)
