Not me chief, I'm not on the twits. That does look like that's fake though.

He's very good, was above Geri in the pecking order at Barca. I think he'd be more effective on the wing in the PL as he probably lacks the physicality to compete with the defenders here playing up top. He's a hell of a finisher and free kick taker, with him and Siggy in the side nobody would want to go in hard for tackles.

Where's Neiz come from btw? I like it.

That's some mad coincidence that these were all posted on the same day then.

@Connor

Arsenal being linked(yes may be paper fluff) to Lacazette and M'Bappe with no CL football.

That's the money we should be spending?

Linked to a catalogue of footballers that won't push us into the top 4 likely. Is that the right path?
Long term over short term mate

If all we got was the rumoured Keane klassen sandro pickford siggurdson then we add 4 players 24 and under and instantly improve our set pieces.

Remember if you want t instant success signings then that is what the kopites do and get nowhere. I would like to hope the club are after players who 5 years down the line are still here and improved a he'll of a lot if you know what I mean. A bedrock to build upon.

No CL or not they're a bigger side and have a bigger pull.

What did the 2nd tweet say?

It's not like that. In the old days if you were from somewhere like let's say Penzance and your name was Thomas. You would be Thomas from Penzance. But then there would be loads of them cause all the parents were dishing out the Thomas name (revolt against disciple names) so you would have to find a way to make yourself different. So they introduced numbers. And then there was lots of reproduction due to the war of the segregation (basically counties having a bit of a to-do) and so you ended up with Thomas from Penzance the three hundredth. Anyway, let's get to the point. He's not from Inter, there actually is no inter, it's just like saying Manchester United, only half a place. He is also not from Milan in the first place, he is from Croatia, so Brozovic from Inter? That's not happening.

Thomas was a disciple, yano

So much effort for such a gentle joke - I love it. People don't put the yards in these days.

Money talks. I feel we need a statement signing to make an announcement to the world.

Sunderland had a higher wage bill last year than Atletico Madrid. English teams spend far more than any of Europe's top leagues, and are routinely useless competing against them. I doubt even half of the most expensive English transfers can be considered successful.

I'd rather we make a statement by winning something, or at the very least, finishing top four, which is far more likely to come from building a coherent, well-organised team than from "statement" splurging.

For all its statements, does "the world" even care enough to successfully name any Chinese league teams?
