No problem with that. I just dont see it as substantial for us.

Nothing to do with EFC and our future.

Actually, I'll quit joking with the gifs and suggest that if you can't see how this affects the future of EFC, a club whose largest shareholder is Farhad Moshiri, you should recuse yourself from any future discussions of Moshiri, the Bramley Moore Docks, or the finances of Everton Football Club. Maybe you're simply out of your depth here. Ok?

Where's the connection with the Liver buildings?

I'm disappointed we're taking offices on the 7th floor. Let's face it they might as well be on the 17th as there is no difference really.

Obviously, the windows are important and with big investment in a couple of the windows, it could see us break into the top 6 floors and start to close the gap between ourselves and those on the top four floors.

It's a substantial investment by the owner of Everton FC into the city of Liverpool. He has bought the most iconic building in Liverpool with the Liverbirds as the symbols of the City. Together with the Bramley Dock Ground, this is a statement that he wants to be part of the City's development. This will play well for Everton with the council and is in direct opposition to the destruction performed by some group of Americans who have shown no interest in the development of the City.

We now have the council with us, we have an agreement for the council to support our ground move and we have an owner who now owns the City's most iconic building. It's not a player on the pitch, but it's getting all the right people behind the club. This is substantial and it has a great deal to do with EFC and our future.........
