Great news for the club in an indirect way.
Shows Mosh is a serious investor in the city, not just the club and suggests a long term agenda and also shows he has the ability to persuade others to invest alongside him.
This has elevated his influence in the city amongst politicians and business people. There's no doubt LCC were aware of it and it would have influenced their decision to provide a SPV.

The Royal Liver Building looks like its getting up there in age but has quite a physical presence. Can it play CB?

I'm not having a go at Moshiri, if he's helping pump money in the area then fantastic. It's nothing to do with his investment in Everton though. It's like us buzzing that Kenright has just bought a share in the musical Cats.

He's going to be sitting on the iron throne up there surveying his land, Everton 3 and the Everton Collection are going there too. Boss news this.

But that would be great, he could change all the the cat costumes blue and have them all sing 'Grand Old Team'. What's not to buzz about?

Yes ok mate, it's not often that we Evertonians have something to have a bit of banter over, and wind the r/s up, no charge to lighten up.

The thing is though is that he's bought a historic investment up the road from where our ground will be. It is far more inter related than a Kenwright musical. It is a significant move but maybe not for the initial reasons suggested on here.

If thats what you think, than I dont think you understand the difference between a completely unrelated investment in a musical, and someone clearly stating hes certain the value on the waterfront is going to increase shortly.

He's hoping it's not Gone with the Wind

Can you imagine if he conducts some Everton business from there, a huge media room over looking all the new development and the new stadium
Can you imagine being a young lad signing for Everton in that media room with that backdrop....
I would of thought you would have a good view of bigstand fc in the other direction I hope someone tweets a picture to Jamie Laaaaaaaa

He should get the rights to Carousal actually so we can get a wedge at ever Liverpool home game

Yeah the musical was a poor example. Just think that as ever we're getting ahead of ourselves when we should be looking for improvements on the pitch instead of dreaming of an imaginary "Everton Dock Land Theme Park" stretching from Branmley Moore to the Albert Docks because an investor has invested in a building.
