Maybe. You prob right. Have no idea. They have it at celtic and most german stadiums now and all is going well.

Where are you getting that info from? All the sources I've read state that EFC will only be able to purchase the leashold at the end of each 40 year term?

• At the end of the term of each 40 year Lease, the 200 year lease will subsist and as such, EFC will have the option to purchase the Stadium/Stadium site from the Funder.
