i actually think it will happen this time, It was close with the king docks but we lacked a bit of financial backing to drag it over the line, now with the tv money and the amount that players get passed about for this wont fail like it did before, the council seem to be more willing the land is derelict, roads and transport links are being upgraded. New naming rights for the stadium, It all just seems to make too much sense o_O

At 52 I honestly did not think I would see this in my lifetime. Will be great to get down to the new ground with my 2 sons and hopefully see the good times arrive back for the blues.
