has anyone got the link to dan talking about stadiums etc, think it was an hour long, need something to pass the time till 5pm might watch it on loop, (another thing, if the whole lot was being announced by the club im guessing the architect would be at the conference as well?)

I don't even know the cost of a pint of Chang at Goodison - I've not got a clue. A guess would be the council will make some sort of brief comment today, and the club may paraphrase it.
