Yeah I thought he played well, started really bright, yeah made a few mistakes like they all did but I think the only reason why he came off was because RK coudlnt take Rom off, simple as that, so he had to go. Noticed when Lukaku scored he barly managed to celebrate, as if he was bothered

Agreed....absolutely baffling sub. Its like its crucial he gets games and he will get better.

I thought he worked hard but was pretty crap the 2nd half. How he never put that simple through ball to Lukaku 1st half I still can't work out how. 2 on 1 and he managed to balls up such a simple pass so badly.

I'd say it's just his level mate. 20 minutes against the Saints and he changed the match, starts today and I think just makes the easy things look nigh on impossible. A good hard working player, but good isn't what we need.

Not the worst player today by any stretch though.

Was a strange one Koeman taking him off, he was doing ok with Lukaku up front and we were on top. Mirallas comes on and goes out wide, we then lose our shape, and once again for the umpteenth time in games, Lukaku becomes isolated.

Got something this fella, allows us to experiment in changing the pace.

Anybody think we will be signing him permanently next season as foil for Romelu?

Also, I know nothing about FFP etc... but id we were to pay up next season, due to a loan/arranged fee is there any chance the final number could be lowered? Or is there a loop hole to consider it previously paid this season so it doesn't affect how much we can spend next?

I have not "warmed to him" as such but I have to admit he is not as bad as I first feared.

That said, I would be very disappointed if the loan is made permanent.

Sunday has given me a glimpse of what we can become again and I don't think Enner Valencia is part of that vision.
