fozzy
Player Valuation: £60m
If you look at his record objectively he's struggled outside of Holland with the exception of Southampton.
He struggled in Holland too I thought takes over very good teams then ruins them!

8 players Browns?
We need 3, MAX.
Lovely workStoke have spent quite a bit. Southampton have been impressive with their spending. Koeman will take over from Wenger...no shadow of a doubt in my mind.
@davek
You said that about Koeman on 30th March 2016.
How can , in your mind, Ronald be good enough to take over from Wenger but not good enough for us?
Fo shizzle bizzleYou are mine though lol
In order to make the thread run in a forwardly direction, lets not focus on what went before, yes im aware I mentioned the 21 years, but lets look at the here and now.
We have a squad full of some very talented players, but sadly, in key areas we have underperforming players that have needed replacing for a number of years. Our manager is trying to advance the playing side of the squad, but is being frustrated in his desire to increase the quality of the squad.
Thats currently were we stand, I assume you are backing the Board in all this? A stance I find doesnt fit the stance that you have taken for the last 7 or 8 years of your being on this forum. Which either means you are lying or you are simply being an utter wum that should be removed from this thread, what is it David, are you lying or wumming?
We absolutely must sign eight players.
Yet, it's been a really really reasonable night.Almost 60 pages since we lost.
Amazing.

Well I hope it's koemans way. I and many other fans are fed up with the performances of the majority of the side. We need a clean sweep and get a new winning mentality in the side.Thinking sensibly about it I'm wondering if the Everton players haven't really bought into the way Koeman wants us to play, at Southampton he inherited a squad that didn't have the egos of alot of our players so they sort of bought into his way. Here a lot of players have been here a good while and play international football and he doesn't seem to be getting it though to them. But I have the feeling with Koeman it's his way or no way no compromising.
Good points but I'm not impressed, but I'll never be a big fan of him whatever he achieves here, but for as long as he is here I'll support him. I just don't think he was the type of manager we needed, but I hope he proves me wrong. He's a manager not a performing seal! Who cares if he's boring or not?! I really don't don't get this need people have to have a passionate and vibrant manager, how would it make any difference to us if he's full of life or a miserable arse? You don't want a manager, you want a politician.
I have faith that he'll do much better once he's got rid of this awful squad. He's clearly come to the club because he was sold on an ambitious project and now it's time for the club to put up and back him. The squad is bilge and everyone knows it, yet we currently sit 7th which most people would agree is the best we can achieve with this side. Yes it's disappointing to crash out of the cup early but its not like he's the first Everton manager to have that happen on his watch.
Just what I was thinking. My interpretation of his comments today is Schneiderlein was supposed to be in for this game and the board let him down having to pick Barry against a fast team again
We must, but we won't. By the summer maybe..hope so anyway. We absolutely must sign eight players.
Hold on, 'Our manager is being frustrated by the board in his efforts to increase the quality of the squad'...is this the same board you were telling me and everyone else yesterday was a different proposition to what we've had before and that we're brewstered now and "the mosh will spend what it takes even for pony players".
Lol.
Physician heal thyself.
Yes mate, that's why I ALWAYS hold up my hand here to admit I wanted him as our manager. Because I rated him. Now the evidence is that he cant handle a bigger job.Stoke have spent quite a bit. Southampton have been impressive with their spending. Koeman will take over from Wenger...no shadow of a doubt in my mind.
