I'd disagree on that.

I think it makes a lot of sense for someone who can't have any real influence at Arsenal to politely push his toe towards the table at Everton.

If Usamnov is indirectly involved with Everton with this sort of deal it means if he ever decides to sell up at Arsenal, but still wants to be involved with a footie club, then he's cemented a working relationship with someone he already knows and trusts extremely well.

That doesn't mean he's going to sell up at Arsenal. He may even be using us a bit to try and influence the situation at Arsenal.

IF he is to move from Arsenal to Everton it will all rest on the docks stadium.

Get that and he will have a massive state of the art arena, on a world famous skyline, to promote his other business ventures.

As things stand currently, he is better placed as second fiddle at London based Arsenal with Moshiri laying the potential foundations, if that is what all concerned desire.

Surely the only way you would want to get around the fair play rules etc is if you wanted to spend big? If you were not going to spend, you could get any sponsor for FF I would have thought. There has to be a reason why its USM Holdings.

Now that they are an official sponsor, can they put more money into the club vis 'matchday', 'billboard' sponsoring etc or is that inclusive?

i agree on this.

even having such a person sponsoring us is huge enough as it is. with him and moshiri business acumen it will open up some massive doors for us.

Probably being thick, but if the shirt sponsor deal is 3x greater than now, that would mean a max of 16 mil give or take. Are we sure that the shirt deal is 5 years
3 year ×16 mil is 48mil add 20 mil reported for USMFF gives 68 mil then other commercial deal (sleeve) on a long term deal for 7m gives 75 mil and Elstone was telling the truth...
