my minimum expectation is we sign 4 or 5 players for the first team who can do a job like Gana. I don't care who they replace as long as buy them. I want barry/McCarthy/ and lukaku replaced.

Schneiderlin, Depay, and a starting XI quality center back would be a bare minimum acceptable window for me.

A second striker is needed but we may be disappointed about how good a player will come here to be the #2 option.

A keeper is needed but value usually isn't there in January. A box-to-box CM would be nice too, if the right one is available.

Sell off a little bit of our junk, I'm not going to pretend like a clear out is an easy task but I want at least 1 of our dead weight to go.

I can't find any rumors about it and I'm just going off what I read in this thread, but NEA if Naismith came back. He's a handy squad player and God knows he'd try much harder than most of these other guys. If that was on the cards I'd hope it's done fast enough so he isn't cup tied to Norwich. He'd be useful in that competition.
