He's got one last shot for me and that's him changing this dog awful system next week

He comes out with the same dross as he did today (4231) I'm done

The last 20 after bringing on a second striker proves we need help for Lukaku

who do we replace him with?

I wouldn't sack him.

However what I want from a manager is:
(1) They actually want to be here
(2) They have an eye on a long term plan (youth, signings)
(3) They encourage good football

Eddie Howe (and not just because of today) ticks those boxes for me.

The ones I suggested before are currently in charge at Dortmund and top of the league with Nice in France.

This time next season. Give him the two more windows that's supposed to turn this for us according to some, and if he cant cut it with that shift him out.

Our last 10 games look like this:

LLDDLWLDLD

That cant carry on.

I have no idea how we set up or what he wants to achieve.

David, let's not go into the vaults and see what you said when El Fraudo managed worse than this run (the first time)

Bloody hell mate, you went from Tuchel to Howe!

You were right once, dont push your luck!!!

I'm not overjoyed with Koeman so far but what can he possibly do to avoid Stekelenberg running 20 yards off his line?

He's inherited an aging clueless squad.

My only criticism is leaving Holgate out the team when he was excellent. Not starting Davies. And possibly starting with Cleveley today.

We are unfortunately in a race for 6th place.

The current Belgian manager and our record PL points gatherer had a great first season and proved he could do something with us. Koeman has proven NOTHING.

That's the difference.

Well Koeman has not been too successful with his coaching yet but IMO it's early days.

I am looking at his character features though to see how successful we are going to be with him in the longer term and though there are many good things I am seeing two signs of unhealthy stubborness in firstly refusing to consider the best of the youngsters (particularly when the experienced players have underperformed) and secondly stubbornly sticking with Stek in goal when we had Mosh wanting to splash the cash and a better goalkeeper in Hart desperate to come to us.

Neither of those are great signs IMO as I believe a great manager would have acted differently.

I think he might get us some success (6th or 7th within a season or two) but that he might not be what we need to go beyond that.
