How can you tell wether the players are good enough when they don't try.

We are out worked outfought weekly & don't seem concerned by this why?

He need to sit down with them & have it out as there not trying.

Decisions like subbing Barkley today don't help personally I would of took jags off at half time possibly even Coleman too why not bolasie he stank again

Because the majority of them managed to get us to 5th in the league not so long ago. They are comfortable and need moving on.

The work rate problem has existed for 3 seasons now. Appalling.

Jags shouldn't start. Barkley is terrible. Bolasie. Just wow for him.

If you watched Everton conceded and you don't go mental then something is going wrong. 43 seconds and you lost the game. The meeting did not go as planned is it?

As much as you are right, you and many are ignoring the obvious.

We keep blaming the bit part players. Players who dont even play enough to really alter what we are doing.

Lets start pointing fingers at our "quality" players. The ones who play every week. They aint performing.

I agree...

Wouldn't mind getting rid of Lukaku if we can use his fee to fund replacements but no one in this squad should consider themselves safe

Half of the forum seems to be saying we do nothing but pass sideways and then others like you are saying we are playing hoof ball.

Which is it ?
I seen a lot and see a lot of hoof ball every time I watch us recently, majority of said long passes end up in lost possession, doesn't help that Lukaku can't hold a ball up to save his life. Watch the matches and you'll see exactly which it is mate. I've made it clear what I think it is and the footage doesn't lie. Crap.

Only so much you can do with what we have, its going to be a bleak 6-12 months as we have amassed some seriously crap players under the regime until we can some real quality.

over to you Walsh and Morshiri

So it is the players at fault and it is up to Walsh and Moshiri to dig out.

One wonders what we are paying £6 million a year to Koeman to do, then

7 points now from 24.

And the manager appears clueless about how to stop the rot.

during our great start most of us were still wary of how we won those matches: we didn't play well and were against weak opposition too, yet we retained faith that grinding out a few wins so early in his reign was a good sign.

What the signs are telling us now, what with 4 or 5 games coming up against really quality opposition, is that we may be in for a relegation fight.

1 win in 9, United, Watford, Arsenal and Liverpool coming up.

4 out of that 11 are his players that he has brought in, and they are no better.

Koeman thinks he is here til Barca come calling and that attitude permeates the squad.

Why no Colgate or Davis?
