Koeman should be allowed to get his own team together and heeds to clear out players that have been here long enough and not done much.

That's all very well.

But we are were we are right now and he appears absolutely clueless about what to do right now.

We are in freefall right now with about half a dozen league games to come before he can buy anyone so he better try sommat different with what he has right now.

Im not going to point any fingers at Koeman.Well i will actually for todays performance but i think the playing personal is the main problem here.These players failed to deliver for the past two seasons under Martinez and they have been failing to deliver since mid September.They know themselves that their Everton careers are on the line yet they just produce the same tripe performances week after week.Changing the manager is the easy bit.Changing the mentality is another thing entirely and i think Koeman is seeing in front of his own very eyes that some of these players just don't have the bottle or winning mentality to perform for Everton on a regular basis.Martinez had to go but i'll be honest i have a bit of sympathy for the man.The vast majority of our problems were down to him but i think were also seeing evidence to suggest that some of those players left him down as well.Talk of getting rid of Koeman is knee jerk stuff.Let him get rid of the wasters and give him a chance to build his own squad first.

Doesnt matter where we are right now, the signs are there and everyone needs a rocket up their backside and pronto.

We havnt played well for 90 minutes this season.

Stuck by Martinez until the bitter end, but I can't see any positives from Koeman now.

• Utter garbage when it comes to tactical nouce, teams are out-smarting us.
• Dire comments in the press, no Everton manager should ever commend them lot on anything.
• Non stop berating of players.
• Bigging up of Lukaku, despite a massive drop in form.
• Unwillingness to drop out-of-form players.

We hardly make any clear cut chances and when we do we fluff it. No wonder we can't win a game.
