a tin of mackrel in sweet chilli sauce blazened apon a bed of asdas finest ranch salad, carrots, cabbage and something else smothered in ranch sauce and drizzled with croutons,

All given the carried in a bag to work so flung about look for added presentation.

For lunch, I had half an M&S Quiche Lorraine, followed by one of their Raspberry & Peach yoghurts. I then had a banana at 2pm.

Thought the quiche was a bit floury or powdery
The yoghurt was ok but I've tasted nicer from elsewhere

7/10 for all three.
