As I have stated on here before, I can verify the existence of the stadium models. Someone I know very well had a business meeting at this company HQ some months back and saw the models in the boardroom. Interestingly, the company in question is a UK subsidiary of a holding company for which Usmanov is the controlling shareholder. That is not to suggest in any way that Usmanov is behind the stadium development in any way whatsoever (let's be clear about that), but it does illustrate how extremely close the working relationship is between Moshiri and Usmanov that Moshiri uses the company premises for his business interests and has use of the senior staff. This is where Joe Anderson came to discuss the stadium options with Moshiri and Kenwright. On the day of the Martinez sacking, the FD of this company went up to GP to assist in the 'discussions' with Martinez' legal team.

What's ambiguous about Jose's people approached us? His people enquired as to whether or not we would have an interest in employing Jose. We did not approach him first.

On the stadium, there are currently 3 design models sitting in a board room in London all fitting of the description "the best club stadium in the country".

I and others have previously been informed that the Bramley Moore Dock and surrounding lands (no greater description than that) have been acquired on or around 18th August.

There have been comments that we in conjunction with other partners, have looked at acquisition of land further south probably Clarence dock for the development of the so called ' football quarter'.

I can't be any clearer than that.
Threadmark it mate to save yourself a thousand future notifications.

Interesting remarks there and has me thinking out aloud. Clearly Moshiri and Usmanov are very close. Okay Usmanov cannot directly involve himself with Everton (stadium) but he could be a co investor with Moshiri regarding development of land in close proximity.

Cheers Esk.

Good to know I wasn't barking up the wrong tree with my earlier posts on page 970. I mentioned earlier that there was a possibility of the club acquiring the land up to Victoria Tower, but it seems things are further along than what I posted.

Well, so has ANYONE heard or have knowledge that Everton or Blue HEaven have bought this land?

OR has everybody else got the same info as Esk in that some land has been bought at BRamley Moore but we don't know who has bought it?

CHeers.
