I reckon he'll do well with Belgium.
His three major flaws at Everton were :-

1. Not organising a defence
2. Not getting / keeping players fully fit
3. Not recognising many of our squad weren't skilful enough to fit his philosophy

Belgium have very talented players, so (3) is fixed.

He won't have the players for long enough to affect their fitness long enough, so (2) is fixed.

(1) might be an issue, but as long as his defenders just do what they do at club level then it might not matter.

I wish him well but don't miss him at all.

The flanks on the Belgium side slooooooowww. If he sends them all forward they are gonna get murdered.

I hope he does well though.
