People are used to relying on spellcheckers and autocorrect too much. Not saying I defo believe that supposed text message etc but intelligent people can and do make spelling mistakes.

If it's true we need to ask farhad why he was willing to waste 30m on a player we didn't want? And why he hired a jet for him and wasted everyone's time trying to do a deal for him? Embarrassing if Spurs didn't come in and match the bid we'd be left with a player we didn't want and had spent a club record on!!

Why would Jim White (a *respected* SkySports news presenter) make up a quote and risk being sued? I know we'd all feel a lot better thinking that but there's nothing for him to gain in making it up
