GABBIADINI TO EVERTON?

Sky sources are telling us talks are ongoing between Evertonand Napoli over the signing of Italy international striker Manolo Gabbiadini.

Napoli, though, are still seeking a replacement - that's despite terms having been agreed in principle.

One source close to the deal has described the process as "a grind."

One by 12pm, the other by 5pm.

Manic rush for one more by 11pm.

Haven't decided if that one will go through or not though.

O'Connor just on SSN " Bill Kenwright has been working diligently to get deals done " was like a dagger to the heart.

There's your explanation boys and girls as to why we haven't got these deals over the line.

So much for @The Esk saying BK has been marginalised.

We always seem to be trying to do negotiate with clubs that are god awful to deal with.

Dynamo Kyiv, Zenit, Sporting Lisbon and Napoli to name a few.

Was expecting a few more rumours by now to be honest. Not that hopeful about us signing anyone that will improve the first team anymore.
