personally i think we will sign 3 or 4 players and one will be so called marquee ...and i base this assumption on absolutely nothing but my hunch

What I meant by that post is there are a lot of Evertonians expecting the likes of Mata or players similar because of the supposed 100m the media, in my opinion, conjured up. I'm sure we'll get one or two in that fit Koeman's system and we will be better for it, Gueye for one has been brilliant so far.

I refuse to believe you put the lack of net expenditure solely down to an unwillingness to spend.

You must have at least considered the possibility that we're finding it difficult to convince players of the calibre we're aiming for to join Everton.
