Yes Finners it would be. If this comes off and it is looking good from all the talk, a really good stadium on this waterfront location would upstage every stadium in the country no matter how big they are.

It would straight out make Mr. Moshiri an icon.

You would assume so. The best option would be Clarence dock as its the closest to the City center and wont need filling in.

FWIW, the more that is seemingly revealed, the more I reckon this has been talked about for months before Moshiri bought the shares. Get his ducks in a row, then buy the club.

Not a chance would a bloke like him buy the shares first, then find out a new ground is a non starter.
