Would it be fair to say that the land purchase is the most difficult obstacle to overcome in building the new stadium? If the timing is true it will be the confirmation of the land purchase, although I had expected that after the window had closed.

as esk pointed out the echo as usual are way behind where this actually isSo the Echo were reporting that "if" we want to buy the land it's £20m-odd, when in reality we've more or less already agreed to buy it?
Shows how much they know lol
Some bluenose on NSNO has apparently had a chat with our Bill last night.
Bill said an announcement is due on Thursday of this coming week about developments re the new stadium.
Once this is announced the good times will roll with signings that will make the rest sit up and pay attention.
Don't shoot the messenger.
Totally confident it is within the Bramley Moore/Clarence Dock confines.
Excellent news to start the day.Probably one of two mate, planning is always a potential problem, although in this case it's difficult to see many objections.
The only potential problem I can think of is capacity issues given the lack of transport infrastructure but I assume that will be covered in the development plans. Regardless, a 55/60k stadium should not present a problem in that respect.
No mate, relocating the Blue Dragon is going to be the real challenge.Would it be fair to say that the land purchase is the most difficult obstacle to overcome in building the new stadium?
Clarence Dock would be my preference, just for its more central location.Totally confident it is within the Bramley Moore/Clarence Dock confines.
Very possibleClarence Dock would be my preference, just for its more central location.
But I suppose, depending on the scale of the development, the land we use could occupy both?
In Leeds??? That's worse than Kirkby!!!!Totally confident it is within the Bramley Moore/Clarence Dock confines.
