I fail to believe the Stekelenburg will be our first choice keeper, he is no better than Robles. We still need to strengthen in almost every area

He's played in a World Cup final. I think that gives him a tiny bit more credibility than Robles.

Deulofeu can't play striker. He has been an awful finisher since he played at the youth levels in Spain. He's an excellent winger, but we can't rely on him to score goals.

Stekelenburg is first choice since everyone else is trash. Koeman did not even trust him as Southampton, so I would argue he's not even an upgrade on Howard.

Del scored over 1 in 2 for Barcelona B. He is easily good enough to score goals imo, he's got the ability he just needs to keep his composure, which is totally different to not being able to.

If we got a good 70 minutes out of Gerry then hopefully Rom could give us something off the bench. He tended to be good impact back in the day when he didn't always start.
