Free from the shambles of the Martinez era and with Koeman coaching, cajoling and pushing him on Ross can achieve what he and we desire for him... Greatness !!!

And just how good would it be that at some point this season - ideally after he's smacked a 30-yard Derby winner into the Street End goal - for the whole and I mean the whole Goodison crowd to bellow a rendition of "we've got a diamond..."

I was thinking the same but I believe he just hasn't been managed correctly. Koeman won't put up with crap so he either performs or won't make it at Everton FC. This is Ross's make or break year, I'm going to say he will make it, they lad's got bags of talent.

Maybe but I truly believe huge things are going to happen at this club over the coming months/year and we will be in the position to have World Class players. I believe Ross will be one of them, of course I could be wrong.

Spot on! Been let down by really poor coaching for 2 seasons and important seasons in terms of his development.Let's just hope this manager can turn him into the player we know he can be,And stop some Blues who give 'a local lad who loves the club' a hard time.

I agree - remember what he was like back in Martinez's first season - playing with a swagger and arrogance that was a breath of fresh air. That was before Martinez filled his head full of crap. I hope Koeman can bring that Ross back. He's looked well up for it during the preseason games - as have Kev and Del

Not being funny, but people did say Moyes held him back when he was manager and now Martinez is to blame for his poor form recently.
