If he's planning on letting McCarthy, Barry and Cleverley go then Carvalho, Gueye and Witsel could be like for like replacements for the central positions.

Didn't sky sources have mata here already? Or but land coming here before the Birmingham manager literally said we hadn't been in contact?

He played for a dog awful villa side, playing in midfield with dog turd players. Whats to say bringing him in with better players won't make him a better player? As somebody mentioned his stats last season are impressive, 2nd only to Kante on interceptions? Can't be that bad, 7.2m isn't a lot of money for a squad filler
