Crazy post mate. By far one of the best players in the PL. Certainly in the top 5 underatted.

Neither would Vardy, Mahrez, etc, etc, etc.

He's a very good player that could challenge Ross...Ross needs it. Ross is crazy good when he's confident...sadly his record shows he doesn't maintain it and becomes very bad/lacks belief.

Gylfi can't match the peaks of Ross's ability...but he won't approach the valley's either.

Mahrez definitely would imo. He's on a different level altogether than Sigurdsson

All that this actually means is that they have slightly better or equal players in that position, Ozil and Hazard for example.

Doesn't make him not good enough.

Then you have to factor in it is a team game and how those players fit into that team and what they offer to the make up of the side.

Your focussing of individuals doesn't seem to factor in any of this, which is quite bizarre for somebody who portrays themselves as knowing a bit about the game.

I actually think Sigurdsson would suit Koeman's tactics more, so I'll go with him
