New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

In terms of timescale, particularly with regard to planning, agreement and purchase issues, is the two year target more achievable at SC than a Peel-owned docks location? Strikes me that it is, with the absence of a powerful third party to stall matters?

Ahead of today's meeting we were told that EFC and LCC went to London with two sites still under consideration, suggesting that nothing had been agreed with Peel?

Its hard to make out the writing even when enhanced but its a reflection.

What's Bill Kenwright got in his hand? I thought it was a cigar at first, which made me think we've got this is all in the bag...but then I looked again and it looks like one of those wafer tube thingies...

If Anderson's comment carries any weight it is clear that the site has been agreed upon. He could not forecast a definitive period without that knowledge.

If there was already agreement on a council owned site they would be reluctant to hold back on that news. Peel would not have that issue.

Would a representative of Peel not be at the meeting though?

If it is a dockhand site, why would Anderson be there? Possible Council input into changes to the road infrastructure around the site?
