Have to say I was expecting the Moshiri era to go off with a bang, it's more like one of those fireworks you light that fizzles out and you wait ages for as you don't want to go near it because you know as soon as you do it'll go off big style in your face. Except in this scenario we're the dodgy firework and our rivals are the poor fella going to check on it. Or maybe it'll sit there untouched till it rains and it'll be business as usual.

Any fool knows we need to make at least 5 big signings and we should have already made at least one....that being a keeper.

Its hysterical to declare that theres no excuse or defense for a football club not signing first team players by the 18th of July. As you did.

Whats worse is that, not only do you epect signings by a certain date, you will also post for weeks on end if they somehow are not the signings YOU deem acceptable.

Me me me. We have to do this. We have to do that. If not, its a disgrace. If not Scenario A is 100% definitely going to happen. And other such nonsensical postifications Zat.

Just post a nice sensible post advising that there is actually no need for us to have signed players by this imaginary deadline youve just made up today in your head. Tomorrow would be fine. If its even start of next week itll be cool. Better earlier, but unlikely to cause the club to blow up and signal the end of days.

If a DoF gets brought in, they wont need another week before bringing in players. Due to the nature of their job, they have been constantly scouting players, they already know who they like. They will just be doing it for another team than they were the previous day.

Not sure we can actually attract all these top players being mentioned. We finished 11th last season and really with the TV money we're not any richer than most clubs in the league, I guess it comes down to wages/contracts being offered.
Before Martinez dragged us down a lot of people had us down as a top 4/6 team with basically the same players we have now, I'm more interested in the players we can keep than the players we can bring in. I believe there's a lot of potential in this squad and it looks like there's a few decent youngsters as well.
I think Koeman can get a lot out of this team and can have a good season, hopefully top 6 finish then after that we can start attracting the top players.
