I am actually alluding to the hatred of Liverpool by football fans in England in general, not by Evertonians in particular.

Because I said we can't win a derby whilst they win the odd cup I'm a Kopite?we have an horrific record in Derbies. Absolutely dreadful. That's a fact. In my opinion the Derbies have started to take even more significance because of this dreadful record. Their fans are no angels but we don't help ourselves either. Derbies are just too poisonous for my liking now.

I think you're being mischievous there. But I'll answer it honestly, as I always do. I'll get some stick for it too, because Its not allowed on here to say anything that might remotely be giving the RS a compliment (?)
i think Mata is a really good player, and is probably,at this moment, the best calibre of player we could hope to attract. I'm all in for getting him. But I would have preferred Mane, I just think he's a more dynamic player. Gerry & Mane either side of Romelu would cause havoc with their pace, we would be so dangerous on the counter. Mane also has age on his side, pace in abundance, good finisher, can play anywhere across the front 3. Mata Isnt getting any younger, not much pace, has to play as a number 10 as he's not very effective out wide.
